TPS Group of Companies acquires Sault Ste. Marie company, Guardian Rescue
Sault Ste Marie, February 18, 2022- TPS Group of Companies, headquartered in Lively, Ontario, has purchased Sault Ste. Marie-based Guardian Rescue Services.
Guardian Rescue Services has been conducting confined space rescue services since 2006.
Company President and CEO Kevin Pattison said “We are pleased to welcome Guardian Rescue Services to the TPS Group of Companies family.”
NATT Safety Services first opened in Lively in 2013 and has since grown to be the largest confined space rescue provider and in-house training facility in Northern Ontario.
“Through our NATT Safety Services division, we already offer Confined Space training as well as Confined Space rescue services, so this addition really complements our current offering,” Mark Arnold, Vice President of TPS Group of Companies. “We offer our training and services throughout Ontario, so this Sault Ste. Marie location is a great next step for us.”
